For over 9 years, Port Macquarie Physio and Pilates has provided the community with quality care in a friendly and relaxed environment. We welcome new clients, you do not need a doctors referral and we strive to get you an appointment ASAP. We have 2 convenient locations at Murray St in Port Macquarie and Lake Innes in the Coles complex, we can service a wider area. Both locations offer 2 hour parking and wheelchair access. We accept walk-ins, appointments, and can schedule after hours if necessary.
Physiotherapy is all about improving your function, reducing pain and getting you back to a fulfilling lifestyle on our beautiful Mid North coast.
Our team of well-respected physiotherapists is dedicated to treating each patient individually. We strive to improve the quality of life of everyone who comes through our doors. In addition to our many services, we have a special interest in physiotherapy exercise, women’s health and injury rehabilitation. Our practitioners are also qualified to treat WorkCover, Third Party and Veteran Affairs patients. We also accept Self Managed & Plan Managed NDIS patients.
All our physiotherapists are fully registered and members of the APA. You can feel confident in our ability to properly diagnose and offer you current, clinically reasoned treatment.
In our commitment to providing exceptional care, we are a BUPA preferred provider and accept all health funds. We have HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities available.

Extended consultation (2 areas): $105
CLINICAL PILATES
Initial consultation: $80
Standard sessions: $55
Clinical Pilates sessions led by a physiotherapist can be claimed through your private health fund.
